Yoga-Mudra

Yoga Mudras are fingure postures, typically our each finger represent one element of the five elements which are Earth (Prithvi), Fire (Agni), Water (Jal), Wind (Vaayu), and Sky (Aakash). These five elements have made body also and by the way of practicing these hand postures we actually balancing these five elements.

Yoga Mudras are Gyana Mudra, Vaayu Mudra, Ling Mudra, Apana Vaayu Mudra, Pran Mudra, Shunya Mudra, Varuna Mudra and many more.

    1.  Gyana Mudra
  • Join the tip of Index fingure and Thumb of either of the hands or both.
  • Rest of the figures will remain straight.
  • You can do this mudra for 5-10 minutes.
 Benefits of this Mudra :
This Mudra cures Insomnia & Mental disorders, many kind of mental problems get cured. Body and mind gets relaxed and your wisdom (buddhi) gets sharpen by practicing it regularly.

  

    2.  Vaayu Mudra

  • First fold the Index finger and place it on the root of the thumb.
  • Next put the thumb on it and press lightly.
  • Rest of the fingers will remain straight.

Benefits of Vaayu Mudra :
It will cure gastric problems, you will also get relief in all kinds of pains and aches.
